Abstract
|
|
|
The adenocarcinoma of the rectum and sigmoid colon is one of the best indications of
thermoradiotherapy for deep-seated tumors as was reported in the United States and
Europe and Japan. I would like to report the clinical evaluation of results of treatment
conducted mainly by myself at Tokyo Metropolitan Komagome Hospital which is my
previous affiliation. The present methods adopted at Metropolitan Tamananbu Hospital is
based on my experience at Komagome Hospital. I would like to explain also some of
the present methods.
